  1. Include a clause within your sales contract asking customers to provide a quote for publicity purposes
  2. Ask your client to provide a customer testimonial during the relationship building stage
  3. When interviewing your client ask a mixture of open and closed questions to help get the positive affirmations you want
  4. Always acknowledge, and try to act upon, any client feedback received on how to improve your business relationships
  5. Remember to send your client copies of the finished item and thank them for their participation
